DTF Hot-Melt Adhesive Powder – 1kg (2.2 lb), Fine Grain

1kg (2.2 lb) DTF hot-melt adhesive powder — fine grain, for making Direct-to-Film (DTF) heat transfers.

This bright white, fine-grain hot-melt powder bonds to freshly printed DTF ink and, once cured, lets your transfer adhere to cotton, polyester, blends and other compatible fabrics. Fine grain gives the softest hand and picks up crisp detail, small text and thin lines, making it a great fit for lightweight T-shirts, kids' wear, detailed artwork and everyday apparel.

How to use

1. Print your design onto DTF film while the ink is still wet.
2. Cover the printed area evenly with powder (by shaker or by hand).
3. Shake or tap off all excess powder so it only sticks to the ink; return the extra to the bag.
4. Cure the powder about 2–3 minutes at roughly 300–330°F (150–165°C) in a curing oven or by hovering a heat press, until the surface looks smooth and slightly glossy, like an orange peel.
5. Press onto the garment following your film's time, temperature and peel instructions.

Storage tips

• Keep the bag tightly sealed when not in use; the powder absorbs moisture from the air.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sun and heat.
• If the powder clumps, break it up and sift before use; damp powder can cause uneven adhesion.
